Wood-Fired Pizza Oven 105
Our wood-fired pizza oven 105 is a rotating oven perfect for pizzerias but also for those restaurants where pizza is included in the menu.
The wood-fired oven 105 provides the rotating cooking floor made with a rich alumina material that absorbs and retains heat and as pizzas move alone inside it, a fast and uniform cooking method is guaranteed.
Pizzerias that will purchase this oven model will have the possibility to reduce pizza maker’s costs to zero, as in this case no human intervention is needed to move pizzas and check their cooking quality.
Like other Kuma Forni rotating oven models, the wood-fired oven 105 can have the firebox either on the right or on the left.

Wood-Fired Pizza Oven 125
The wood-fired pizza oven 125 is a middle-sized rotating oven, perfect for pizzerias and restaurants with many customers.
Thanks to its rotating cooking floor, the wood-fired pizza oven 125 is able to cook all loaded pizzas uniformly: it prevents the ones placed close to the fire from burning and the farthest ones from not being well cooked. Therefore, this oven model enables pizzerias to reduce pizza maker’s costs to zero, as in this case no human intervention is needed to move and check pizzas.
The wood-fired pizza oven is equipped with a technological control panel patented by the company itself and characterised by a sound signal at the end of the cooking program.

Wood-Fired Pizza Oven 140
The wood-fired pizza oven 140 is a large oven, the perfect solution for big pizzerias with a great number of pizzas to be served each time.
This oven enables pizza makers to cook 13 pizzas at the same time and it ensures uniformly cooked pizzas wherever they are placed on the cooking floor.
Moreover, the rotation of the cooking surface helps pizzerias to save money: pizza maker’s costs can be reduced to zero, as in this case no human intervention is needed to check pizzas and to move them close to and away from the fire according to their cooking stage.
Like all other models, the wood-fired pizza oven 140 is equipped with a technological control panel characterised by three cooking programs, sound signal 10 seconds before the end of the cooking program, cooking floor rotation in both directions and other features that make this wood-fired pizza oven unique.

Wood-Fired Pizza Oven SX (left) 85
The wood-fired mini oven SX (firebox on the left) 85 is the smallest oven we have. It is able to cook 60 pizzas in one hour. It was designed by our technicians for those who have not much space such as restaurants, bars, pubs, but also big pizzerias that need an additional quite small oven to face the busiest time.
The wood-fired mini oven SX 85, the smallest oven ever designed, is equipped with all the same features of its “larger brothers” by Kuma Forni such as the oven access to the firebox, the adjacent burners with different access, the control panel etc…
In just 20 minutes the wood-fired mini oven SX 85 reaches the right temperature (if it works every day). Thanks to its small size the wood-fired mini oven can be delivered already assembled. Once it is installed and connected to the flue, the start-up is really fast.
